As I said in last email, feel free to copy the concept (you never know it might improve Ireland’s build quality) and a special thanks to Geoff Wilkinson who provided invaluable information regarding the UK Building Control system.

An interesting point to note is that the UK guideline for the average number of visits on a new build ‘high risk’ project is 11-13 and my number of cards came to 12.
