We have several new houses in County Mayo currently on the books; both adhere to the Mayo County Council Design Guidelines for Single Homes and one of which is planned to meet and be certified as a Passivhaus (at Work Stage: Initial Design so still a long way to go):
We have just submitted our first Planning Appeal to An Bord Pleanalá so fingers crossed (new house in Foxford County Mayo based on shipping container):
The new house in Swinford, County Mayo is nearing completion (our first under S.I No. 9 of 2014):
The UK work continues, as previous posts they’re falling into similar categories:
