The dedicated follower of my ramblings will frequently see the occasional YouTube movie tweet. As well as producing the more traditional foam-board type models; nearly all my work is in 3D on computer with VectorWorks and the resulting 3D model is rendered for individual perspectives and animations. Frequently these black/white animations are during the design process in order to present the scheme to the client/planner. They’re not intended as high quality, photorealistic imagery; instead they show the principal masses and form and how the design is developing – most of the time the end result is painted white anyway 😉
