Quick post letting you know about two small but delicate jobs that started on the exact same day (concrete for foundations poured yesterday)

The first is a rear extension to a larger ‘cottage’ in County Mayo. Design in familar double pitch giving additional living space, utility & toilet in the extension with the existing sitting converted to a bedroom. There’s a small mezzanine space for storage & reading:

The second is effectively a sun-room but done in a more contemporary style than the usual hexagonal offerings; again in County Mayo.
