We’ve just received notification that the time limit on this intended Passivhaus in County Longford has been extended to 2021 (sounds a long way off!). Gives the client more options if the planning is still in date:
This was one of our early Passivhaus designs (from 2010) (when I’d done the PHPP course but wasn’t yet certified as a Passive House Designer / Consultant) – looking at it six years later – the design and construction is still pretty on target but I’d relook at the glazing to check for over-heating. nb Planning permission was granted, construction drawings and draft PHPP results completed.
