Such has been the economic disaster in Ireland that there was optimism when one year ends and another starts.

But I genuinely believe we have come out of the dark and that 2015 sees a new beginning for architecture and building in Ireland.

It is for example the first year in a long time that I have finished a year with projects already ‘on board’ to start in 2015.

So it is a highlight for the end of 2014 that I feel we have moved away simply from survival mode and into a new era of Irish business and I am excited for the new projects and projects that are already starting in 2015. Watch this space, more to follow…
