I loved the idea of County Councils ending a request for Further Information on a planning application with an ‘Advice Note’<\/em> These ‘Advice Notes’<\/em> were far from advice, if you didn’t do them you wouldn’t get your planning permission.<\/p>\n Well I am now doing my own (more along the lines of what advice should be) to give to clients and contractors and I’m starting with a good one; clients and (sometimes) builders making changes as they go which are not exactly the same as the planning permission documents.<\/p>\n So what should the architect do?
