We put a lot of work in on projects – completion reached on this #Roscommon #SelfBuild

A family have just moved into their new self-build where we were the architects from the beginning until the end. I wrote THIS POST a short while back for #ArchiTalksIE on how long projects take and the one below from first consultation (June 2016) to completion (November 2019) took from beginning to end including design, planning & construction – 3+ years

Well, anyway; the house is complete and is an A3 BER rated house, and below is a short slideshow showing the work to date (there’s still a bit of landscaping to do):
