Tear sheet uploaded on our new office and a massive thanks to those involved…

There is no better way for an architect to obtain work than for him/her to showcase their own projects. We did it with our own house (image below):

Our self-built grass roofed underground house.

And now we’re doing the same for our new office:

Below is the ‘Tear Sheet’ on the newly completed office where we undertook the design, planning and construction of the new commercial shopfront to the ground floor and the refurbishment of the 2 bedroom apartment over. You can click on the image to open up the pdf (1.2Mb)

And a massive thank you to all that made it possible, namely:

Howard Healey & Sons – Building Contractor, Swinford, County Mayo

Rory Conroy of Conroy Kitchens & Furniture for shop fitting the exterior & kitchen

Brian at Bridge Signs for the foamed lettering to shopfront & door

Michael Loftus of Loftus Guttering for the guttering & downpipes

O’Haras Carpets for all flooring

The post is to show that although rare (I’ll add a few more tear sheets on the commercial work that we do); we are also available for hire on commercial work as well as the unique residential projects we primarily undertake.

This ‘Tear Sheet’ has also been added into the PROJECTS section of the website.
