New branch office in Dublin 7 open

Mark Stephens Architects are pleased to announce the opening of a branch office in Dublin in association with Paul Cuddy and Associates – Chartered Structural Engineers.

The intention is to provide the same high level of architectural service to a wider geographical range of clients. The association with Paul Cuddy (Chartered Structural Engineer) means that we can provide a full range of design, detailing and structural services; both myself and Paul are Design and Assigned Certifiers and are therefore able to combine our skills and resources to provide a complete range of professional skills including:

• Architectural Design (Mark Stephens is a UK Registered and Chartered Architect with ARB & RIBA and Registered in Ireland with the RIAI)
• Passivhaus (Passive House) Design
• Planning
• Building Control submissions
• Tender information
• Conservation and restoration (Mark is an RIAI Accredited Grade III Conservation Architect)
• Low Carbon and Renewable Technologies (Mark is RIAI Accredited in Environmental Services)
• Chartered Structural Engineer Services using the most up to date codes of practice and technology in his designs (Paul Cuddy is a Chartered structural engineer with over 10 years of experience in cutting edge design – Registration No. 052165)
• Inspections and Certification under S.I. No.9 of 2014
• Expert witness and consultancy services
