I met with a local builder recently and his advice was that we should pat ourselves on the back. We have survived.

We survived possibly Irelands worse economic disaster in modern times.

We survived still working in the worst hit profession in Ireland where others have had to leave the country or try and find work in other areas.

So if you’re also in this position, give yourself a pat on the back too.
