So this post in 2015 goes a little further still following the recent post on what’s missing from Room To Improve (and every other property programme) is seeing the architect getting paid.

How much does an architect and more specifically Mark Stephens Architects cost?:

Typical projects for typical clients range in value in construction cost from €100k – €2 million+ and our clients typically spend between €10k and $100k on architectural fees over the course of the project.

Very occasionally I break the rules on minimum levels of engagement but only if the work allows exploration of different ideas or for worthwhile pro-bono projects; the problem is still that every single project is different and has a different price but the above gives an outline on typical prices for typical projects.
