Always work to Letters of Appointment; if you work with me you’ll be asked to sign a written agreement

Maintain an effective diary system; I write every meeting down by hand

Avoid free advice! This is why I charge for every initial consultation

If relying on Specialists ensure Client knows where advice came from. As I’ve said a million times I’m confident I can design well – it’s the things I cannot control such as the percolation of the land that can scupper your project.

If the Practice can no longer cope with small clients, get rid of them! Luckily I’m coping OK at moment!
