    I’m working on a container project in San Francisco right now and am completely shocked at how much the container retrofit costs. I don’t think I would go down this route again.

      Hi Mark

      Yes this is my worry too which I’ve mentioned with client. There was a container on Grand Designs here that was cut so much and had so much supporting steel inserted you wondered why they just didn’t build a steel frame from the beginning.

      I’ll pass on your experience too.

        Council refused it due to percolation and out of context, went to appeal and still refused. Will never go to appeal again – waste of time
