Following yesterdays post on the sedum roof on the shed, below are a couple of photographs showing how the intensive grass roof over the underground section of our own house is faring.

All I can say is that I wish the hair on my head was as luscious and flowing as the grass on the roof (admitedly it hasn’t had a cut all summer as I’ve been really busy(that’s the grass not my hair)):

What we do have however is a lot of moss growing at the edges which we’ll need to sort at some stage (below):
