Although if won’t be a Passivhaus, many of the features have trickled down and have been incorporated into the build, notably:

• Wide (200mm fully pumped cavity)
• Airtight construction
• MHVR
• Thermal bridge detailing (you can see the low conductivity Quinnlite blocks in the photos)
