Mark Stephens Architects is an Ireland based architectural practice founded by Mark Stephens in 1990.

After completing the full architectural training and registering as an architect in 1990; Mark Stephens since this date has assisted thousands of architects and related professionals with Computer Aided Design and Virtual Tour photography. The company is able to fulfill all your architectural requirements; from initial briefing, sketch designs, feasibility studies and planning applications to Building Regulation and construction drawings and full site supervision/mortgage and approval certificates.

This range of services is detailed in the RIBA and RIAI documents 'Architects Appointment' which is free of charge upon commissioning Mark Stephens Architects. In outline they are:

Stage A-C: Initial Briefing

Stage D-E: Detail design

Stage F-H: Detail Design and Supervision. The fees due to the architects are based on a percentage of the total construction cost and are detailed in the above documents.

We can either be commissioned on a percentage of the construction cost, an agreed fixed lump sum or at an hourly rate - we are happy to discuss this and your requirements at any stage under no-obligation.
