Planning application going in on this #Sedum #Roof #Passivhaus #Mayo

After a lot of pre-planning; we’re lodging the planning application on this unusual house next week:

It has a stack of thinks I love in design:

• Plan is to go fully Passivhaus Certified
• Folded origami style roofs
• Sedum grass roofs
• Great materials
• Adheres to the contemporary guidance in the Mayo County Council Rural House Design Guidelines
