I have no worries here. I charge a nominal €1 for Designer AND Assigned Certifier services ; you do however have to take me on as architect for the entire design and construction process; which does cost quite a bit more that the figures currently bandying about. The cost of these services varies from job to job and they take into account the time, effort, experience, skill and liability of the work I have to put into it.
