   After
qualifying and working for several award winning architectural
practices in the UK, Mark Stephens formed initially conVRgence
and then The Design Division; a consultancy specifically set up
to assist other architects and related professionals come to terms
with the latest in Computer Aided design. Below are a few of the
practices that have benefited from Marks expertise...
 
Following the completion of many projects in the UK (stone house extension shown opposite)' the practice is
now concentrating on architectural work in Ireland; from one-off
houses, to extensions/refurbishment to apartments and estates.
The clients range from wife/husband to large property development
companies.
As well as residential projects; the practice is equally at home on shops and offices and is certified to administer building contracts, fire, mortgage, payment, practical completion and completion certificates. 
Probably the most demanding project and client to date has
been his own house where the principal clients were himself
and wife ! |
