What do you think about the fact ghat leading barristers believe that the wording on the new regulations is “extraordinarily loose and vague” . These are legal experts asked by former presidents of the RIAI among others. And have you found out how much your PI insurance will be once you become legally liable for a whole bunch of ‘certifiers’ who you may not know. Of architects decide not to be the certifiers then what will happen?

No haven’t contacted insurance yet. I’m only working with people I choose or I’ve checked thoroughly and I’m happy to be a certifier.
