I wrote THIS POST at the end of last year and fingers crossed 2017 will be OK for everyone.

To get the year kicked off we’ve just lodged the first planning application of 2017:

• An extension to a thatched Mayo cottage
• Glass linked from new to old
• Similar proportions and scale
• Single-storey to match the existing
• Traditional yet contemporary
